Helpful first details include your travel dates, where you are staying, how many people are in the group, whether children or older guests are joining, and which experiences matter most. For boats, include the likely departure base and any must-see islands. For wine, include pickup location and lunch expectations. For villa support, include arrival date, house location, and whether you need chefs, transfers, groceries stocked before you arrive, or celebration help.
