Overview
Everything around the house, handled with care
The house is the easy part. We look after the week around it — the boat waiting at the nearest dock, dinner already cooking when you walk back in, a driver at the door before anyone has to ask.
Access Adriatic is a private concierge for the Split–Hvar corridor that arranges the experience side of a villa stay: private boat days, chefs cooking at the house, wine tours, transfers, and the welcome details that make arrival day feel like holiday rather than admin. One conversation, one contact, and a week that fits together around the house you chose.
What can a villa concierge actually arrange?
The pieces guests ask for most, in roughly the order they ask: a private boat day from the nearest harbor or the villa’s own dock, timed around the group rather than a ticket window; dinner at the house with a private chef for Split-area villas or an Hvar villa chef, with groceries and service folded into the plan; a wine day with a driver so nobody argues about who tastes and who steers; transfers between airport, ferry, and front door; and welcome setup — groceries in the kitchen and a first-night table booked before you land. Everything is arranged through skippers, chefs, and drivers we work with along the corridor, and every quote states plainly what is included.
Does this include managing the villa?
No — and the boundary is deliberate. We arrange experiences and events around the stay: the boat, the chef, the wine day, the transfers, the celebration dinner. Keys, housekeeping, maintenance, pool care, and everything that belongs to the property itself stay with the villa’s own team. The two jobs work best side by side, each with a clear owner — the guide to how a villa concierge works draws that line in detail.
How does the week come together?
Send the villa location, dates, group size, and what you would love to do — one message covers it. We come back with a small set of options and honest notes: what fits the group, what the season allows, what we would skip. Once you choose, we hold the bookings, watch the weather on boat days, and stay reachable while you are here. Timing is the quiet skill in a villa week — the chef arrives after the boat returns, the wine day does not follow the late night, and the transfer leaves margin for the ferry. The week has a rhythm; our job is to protect it.
Shape the week around your dates, location, group size, and preferred pace.
Line up the boats, chefs, drivers, and wine days through people we work with locally.
Keep timing, pricing, weather, and inclusions clear before plans are confirmed.

FAQ
Villa concierge questions
What can villa guests request?
Guests can request private boat days, wine days, private chefs cooking at the house, transfers and drivers, welcome groceries, and special occasions — anything that makes the week around the house easier to enjoy.
How much lead time do you need?
More lead time is better, especially for peak-season boats, private chefs, and drivers. Last-minute requests may still be possible, but availability and choice are usually narrower.
Does Access Adriatic manage the villa?
No. This page is about guest experience concierge support — booking the boat days, dinners, and drivers around the stay — not property management, maintenance, housekeeping, or owner operations.
Can you help once guests are already in Croatia?
Sometimes, but availability is better with lead time. Last-minute requests depend on the skippers, chefs, and drivers still holding open dates, on the weather, and on the complexity of the plan.
Can several experiences be coordinated together?
Yes — and the week is usually better for it. Booking the boat day, chef dinners, wine outing, and transfers in one conversation lets each day leave room for the next, instead of three separate plans landing on the same afternoon.
How does payment work?
It depends on the request. Some days are paid directly to the skipper, chef, or driver; others run through an agreed plan with us. Either way, deposits, cancellation rules, and what is included are set out clearly before anything is confirmed.
What areas of Croatia can you cover?
The home water is the Split–Hvar corridor — Split, Trogir, Kaštela, Podstrana, and Hvar island — where the skippers, chefs, drivers, and wineries we work with are based. For stays outside that stretch, ask anyway; we will say honestly what we can and cannot arrange.
