The Split Bachelorette: Villa, Boat Day, Chef Night

Twelve of you around a long table on a terrace above the old town, the boat booked for tomorrow, and nobody in the group chat still asking who has paid for what.

  • One organiser, one thread
  • 8–14 on one boat, honestly
  • Chef night at the villa
  • Itemised costs before anyone pays

Group planning

Coordinate boats, dining, transfers, timing, and guest notes through one concierge instead of a dozen separate chat threads.

Overview

The weekend, planned by someone who is not in the group chat

Split is the easiest base on this coast for a hen weekend — the airport is minutes away, the old town is walkable at two in the morning, and the villa belt starts a short drive out. What it is not is easy to organise from another country, in a chat with eleven people and four opinions. That part is our job.

Access Adriatic is a private concierge for the Split–Hvar corridor that plans complete Split bachelorette and hen weekends: a private boat day out to the islands, a chef cooking at your villa, tastings and tables in the old town, and drivers meeting the flights — organised through one conversation with one person, with per-person costs on the table before anyone commits.

How many of us fit on one boat?

This is the question that decides the shape of the weekend, so here is the honest answer first. Most private day boats working this coast cap at twelve. A handful run to sixteen and they are booked early. So 8–12 is one boat and a straightforward day; 13–16 is one boat only if we find you one of the rare bigger ones; and from about seventeen it is two boats meeting at the same coves, which is a good day but a different one.

Group sizeWhat the boat day looks likeThe honest tradeoff
6–8One boat, the widest choice, bookable at shorter noticeHighest cost per head — the boat costs the same as it would for twelve
8–12One boat, the sweet spot for a Split hen weekendTwelve on a twelve-seater is genuinely full; ask about shade and seating
13–16One larger boat where one exists, otherwise twoThe sixteen-seat vessels are rare and go months ahead
17–24Two boats meeting at the same covesTwo skippers and two timings to hold together — plus one lunch table
25+Three boats, or a different shape of day entirelyThe restaurant becomes the binding constraint, not the boats

The full reasoning, including what coordinating three boats to one cove actually involves, is in how many boats does your group need.

What does a Split bachelorette cost per person?

Built from the parts, not guessed. A private boat day runs roughly €600–1,800 for the whole boat depending on size, distance and date. A chef dinner at the villa runs about €80–150 per person. A hosted winery tasting with pickup from central Split runs around €130 per person. A private driver for a full day runs roughly €300–495 for the vehicle. Divide the whole-boat and whole-vehicle lines across the group and, for ten people over three days, the arranged pieces tend to land near €350–550 each outside accommodation. Every one of those figures is a planning range confirmed in your quote before anything is booked.

Why Split rather than Hvar?

Because of walkability and arrivals. Split puts a group inside a city that works at two in the morning, twenty-five minutes from the airport, with the villa belt — Podstrana, Kaštela, Trogir, Čiovo — a short drive rather than a ferry crossing. That matters when twelve people are arriving on eight different flights. The island version of this weekend, with its own island-party logic, lives on the Hvar bachelorette page; the choice between them is mostly a question of whether the group wants to walk to dinner or to arrive somewhere and stay put.

What we can and cannot do for you

Two boundaries, stated plainly because the alternative is a disappointment on a Friday. We do not rent villas. There is no house of ours to sell you; book the villa wherever you like and we plan the weekend around its actual address. We hold no beach-club contract. A daybed table is a request we make early on your behalf with a fallback ready, not a product we own.

What we do own is the coordination: one person holding the boat, the chef, the tables, the drivers and the timings, so the maid of honour is not translating a change of plan to five businesses at once. The dinner side of that is covered in more depth on the private chef for a Split villa page, and everything else this corridor does for groups starts at groups and events.

Villa dinner, boat day, tables and transfers held in one plan

Real per-person numbers before anyone sends money

Private to your group — no shared decks, no wristbands

What we arrange

Group days, dinners, transfers, and special plans

These are planning categories, not fixed packages. Final options depend on group size, dates, weather, who is free on your dates, transport needs, and confirmed inclusions.

Group

The private boat day

Your own boat out to Šolta, the Blue Lagoon or the Brač coast — swim stops on your timing, a cooler that is actually cold, and a lunch table booked ashore before you leave the quay.

Group

Chef night at the villa

The evening nobody has to find a restaurant that seats twelve. A chef cooks at the house, serves at your pace, and leaves the kitchen cleaner than the group found it.

Group

Tasting inside the palace walls

A hosted wine or food tasting in the old town — a good first-night hour that gets everyone talking before the weekend properly starts.

Group

Dinner somewhere unexpected

Split's private-dining outfits run formats no restaurant does — an olive-grove table, a dinner at an address you are given on the day, a meal served on the boat itself.

Group

The night out, arranged in advance

Dinner reservations and a table for later, held ahead of time so the evening never stalls in a doorway with twelve people and one phone.

Group

Arrivals and the way home

A driver at arrivals with a name board, eight-seat vans for the group, and a late run back from wherever the night ends.

Who it is for

Who group planning support is for

Group requests need more detail than a standard private day: guest count, comfort level, meeting points, timing, weather plans, food needs, and who will approve decisions.

The organiser

You send one message and get back a costed, day-by-day plan you can paste into the chat. Then you get to be a guest at the weekend you made happen.

Groups of 8–14

The size Split handles beautifully — one villa, one boat, one long table — and the size where the logistics quietly become a second job for somebody.

Groups of 16 and up

Two boats, two vehicles, one lunch reservation, one plan. Bigger works here; it just needs saying out loud rather than assuming one deck.

Mixed-energy groups

The friend who wants the boat at nine and the friend who wants the terrace until noon can both have their weekend. Split is big enough to hold both.

How it works

One message for the whole group plan.

Access Adriatic keeps the group-sized planning flow practical: one request, realistic options, a clear picture of who does what on the day, and coordination around the chosen plan.

  1. Step 1

One of you writes to us

Dates, rough numbers, where the villa hunt stands, and what the weekend is meant to feel like. Two minutes, one person, no committee.

  2. Step 2

A costed plan lands in the chat

Day by day, with per-person numbers next to each piece — boat, chef, tastings, drivers — so the group debates choices rather than mysteries.

  3. Step 3

    We hold it all

Boat, chef, tables and transfers confirmed and managed. Changes come to us by message, not to five different businesses in two languages.

Trust

Group planning works when the moving parts are named early

Access Adriatic arranges group days with trusted local skippers, chefs, drivers, and venues, with extra care around capacity, lead time, group movement, weather, and deposits.

Private, not a party boat

Champagne on deck and a long lunch, yes. Foam, wristbands and a shared deck with strangers, no. Everything is yours for the day.

Numbers before commitments

Per-person costs go out before anyone pays anything, because nothing sours a group trip faster than an invoice nobody saw coming.

We pick from the whole city

No fleet, no kitchen, no club of our own — which is precisely why the boat can be chosen for fourteen people and the chef for your table.

The honest no

If sixteen of you will not fit on one deck, or the club cannot hold the daybed, we say so while it is still fixable.

FAQ

Group planning questions

How many of us fit on one boat?

Most private day boats in this corridor cap at twelve, which makes 8-14 the natural size for a Split hen weekend — 8 to 12 on one boat comfortably, 13 or 14 only if we find you one of the rarer larger vessels. From about sixteen it is honestly two boats meeting at the same coves, and we would rather say that now than sell you a picture of one deck.

What does a Split bachelorette actually cost per person?

Built from the parts rather than guessed: a private boat day runs roughly €600-1,800 for the whole boat, a chef dinner at the villa about €80-150 per person, a hosted winery tasting with pickup around €130 per person, and a private driver for a full day roughly €300-495 for the vehicle. For ten people over three days that tends to land somewhere near €350-550 each outside accommodation — and every figure is confirmed in your quote before anything is booked.

Do you find us the villa?

No — we do not rent villas and hold no accommodation of our own. What we do is plan everything that happens around whichever house you book: the chef, the boat, the tables, the drivers, the timings. Tell us the villa's address once you have it and we build the weekend around where it actually is, which matters more than most groups expect.

Split or Hvar for a hen weekend?

Split if you want the group to walk to dinner, the airport to be twenty-five minutes away, and the villa belt to be a short drive rather than a ferry. Hvar if the point of the trip is the island and the nightlife that comes with it. Split also suits mixed groups better — there is something to do when one person does not want a boat day.

Can you get us a beach club table?

We can ask, and we usually get somewhere good — but we hold no club contract and will not pretend otherwise. A table at a Split or Brač beach club is a request we make on your behalf, early, with a fallback already lined up. Anyone promising you a guaranteed daybed in August is selling you something they do not control either.

Are the boats and chefs yours?

No, and that is the advantage. We pick from the whole harbour and the whole city rather than one fleet or one kitchen — so the boat is chosen for your group size and the chef for your table, not for whoever happens to have us on retainer. You deal with one person; the skipper, chef and driver arrive already briefed on the plan.

How far ahead should the organiser book?

Hen weekends run on long lead times, and that suits this coast — an enquiry landing in October is usually for the following May or June, which is exactly when the good villas, boats and chefs are still choosable. For a July or August weekend, six months is not early.

Plan the group

Send the dates, group size, base location, and what the group wants to arrange.

Tell us your dates, how many are coming, whether the villa is booked yet, and what the weekend should feel like. We will send a day-by-day plan with per-person costs, ready for the group chat.
